About The Gunny...

Gunny's is owned and operated by three Marines that thought the community
needed a safe place to shoot.  We purchased a building big enough to have a
75 foot firing line and plenty of room for classrooms, retail gun sales, and
accessories.  We found the building at 2208 East Broadway and we are
currently installing the range on the basement floor.   Our projected opening will
be mid March 2008.  Checkout our pre-opening special, buy a membership now

David Perry "Gunny"

Gunny served two tours as a Marine Drill Instructor in San Diego California.  During his tours of duty he held the billets of senior and chief drill instructor.  He has served twice in combat in desert storm and again in Iraq in 2004.  He retired as a first sergeant after his last tour in Iraq with Marine Infantry Company Lima 3/24  Gunny was the Top Gun shooter in his police academy class in Nashville.  He has been a police Firearms Instructor with the Maryville Police department and attended the FBI Sub Machine Gun Course. Gunny also served as the entry team leader for Maryville Police Department's S.W.A.T. team.

Johny Tindell

Johnny  Tindell has over forty years of Law Enforcement experience.  He is a certified Police Firearms Instructor and self defense trainer.
